★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One word for this company - "CHEATERS", NUMBER ONE CHEATS. The package was shipped from Mumbai to Texas, US. The shipping cost was based on the volumetric weight which was calculated to 10.8 kg according to FEDEX's own online calculator (22x15x10 in). The FEDEX tracking page also showed 10.8 kg. They over charged me for 16 kg.
Additionally, It was shipped two day air but they held the package in Mumbai for 6 days before shipping it, all the while lying about it reaching imaginary airports in Europe and America.
Do not use these cheaters. They cheat you in weight and cheat you in shipping time. They are very dishonest scoundrels. It took a total of 9 days for the package to reach its destination. There are several other honest couriers.
