And their installation team is even worst they will take docs from you 1000 times and then forget about it because they don't answer calls or reply messages.
Please don't waste your time with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless internet. The speed is super slow, its like you get 30 mbps when you take a plan of 100 mbps. Moreover, after every alternate day, there's no internet connection and i have to spend hours trying to connect to their Customer Support. Please dont scam people like this.

Because of poor service, I have disconnected the service on 11th February & submitted all the devices but till 12th May, I have not received my security deposit back. Even there customer care service is worst, they are not responding in call or in chat, they will tell it will be updated soon but without solving the problem they will close the ticket
