★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic speed, horrible service, when you complain, either they refresh the data, ask you to reboot the connections or send technician after half day..to make it start which works for only couple of hours and then it's back to pathetic slow service, does not work like broadband at all.

Dont trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been an excitel customer from 4 years. It was working fine for 3 years. from the past 3 months i have been getting 7-8 mbps speed and constant packet loss. The customer care and local agent do not help at all and dont fix anything.
