★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service sometimes it works nd sometimes dont you will waste ur money if u r planning to set up their wifi and they will not pick up ur calls as well..
Isse badea koe or lagwao service toh achi milegi..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service provider ever. One needs to call them every alternate day to complaint about the horrible connectivity and speed. Then they would resolve the complaint ticket instead of actually solving the god damn problem. Sick and tired of the service. You would have to keep asking them to send someone to visit and fix the problem but they wont do that, rather they would ask you to find a laptop and do what they ask you to do. After all the hustle, the internet would work fine only for a day and then back to knot one. WONT RECOMMEND EXCITEL AT ALL! ❌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst internet service ever. Every-week they have some technical issue for which the internet is down for 24 to 48 hours. After that if the internet starts working it keeps disconnecting in every 15-20mins. Rather they made me change the router multiple times but that resulted in no difference other than my money being wasted. Cherry on the cake is their stupid idiot customer care agents who keep on repeating one same line again and again. They don’t have any solution for any issue we face. Also the team who is handling facebook complaints will tell you the same thing that they have escalated the case and our issue will be resolved on priority but what happens? NOTHING.
Don’t take excitel service even if they are offering you free service. They are just pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You may not face internet connectivity issue, but you won't get the speed for what you paid. Better to go with its competitor who are providing better services with competitive pricing. I used Excitel for a month. It was down for 7-8 times. At the same price you will get fiber connection from other ISP so why to go for less. I have attached some screenshots, so I got the mentioned speed but my plan was 100 Mbps so you can calculate how much speed I was losing. So now I have changed to other ISP, I was provided a Free modem too. And I subscribed to their 50Mbps Plan and I am also getting 49.5-50 Mbps most of the time and I have never seen less than 44Mbps from my one month usage. And that is pretty more sufficient for me. I am also attaching ADN broadband Screenshot and the monthly cost is ₹820.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have took 3 connections of this excitel. today (30.11.21) i had disconnected all connection. everytime when i asked for technicial support. they always asks for 7days time. on 17.11.21i asked them to shift my connection from 1st floor to 3rd floor, they told they will come within 7days. till today they havent come. when i call customer care, again they are asking another 3days. worst connection. I think ADN internet connection is best as their technical support is within same day.
