★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet not working for past 2 months, no one will fix it, no matter how many calls you do. It only worked for first one month. There’s no zero star rating, otherwise that’s what they deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have applied for new connection 5 day ago and after so many follow up service person and zonal manager giving false statement that they will do the connection today but they didn't do.
After getting angry on them on call they said they will do the connection with double service charge.
Wrost service persons in east delhi.

PATHETIC SERVICE I EVER SEEN. I want to relocate My internet connection and I called them atleast 100 times but they are not responding my calls atleast once till date. They will not care about service. Once you become old they will start ignoring you. Also, they are giving FAKE rating from their employees.
They will not deserve 1 star ? rating as well but I have no option because no zero rating.
Please do not buy excitel internet otherwise they will become a BIG headache for you.
