excitel is worse network service provider ever,everyday there is not network, customer care says it would take four hours for resolving their technical issue. but it does not resolve by then. 14 -16 hours...midnight network comes n morning 8:30 it goes off. same thing just repeat everyday. most annoying service. technician just stay nearby but despite calling them for many times they don't to repair.

Worst service !! The speed of the internet is awesome, and the connection is also smooth but if there is some technical or mechanical issues, nobody is going to respond to it. They will takes week to just fix a simple wire break or any such problem. Customer care is use less, they will only say it will be resolved in 24hrs but nothing will happen.

The customer support is abysmal. Their local service team is inept and unhelpful. They are absconding for days at end. The official helpline parrots that one will receive connectivity within 24hours. The local team responds literally in the 23rd hour and they do fix it. However, the connection last for an hour or two at best. Post which one must begins the entire process anew. This company targets and scams students maliciously. Customers in South and West Delhi do not face such issues and they receive prompt service when they do. This lackadaisical attitude is reserved exclusively for North Campus students in Roop and Vijay Nagar. The local technicians misbehave when contacted and they try their best to the absolute bare minimum to assist you.

Absolute garbage service. Half of the time the internet doesn't even work and it takes them ages to fix it. Never seen such unprofessional work ethics. Please do not choose Excitel. The service rep is unhelpful and calling the head office is a serious nightmare. These idiots don't even pick your phone and keep delaying the service to fix the net. Seriously this is the worst broadband service I've ever witnessed and wouldn't even hope my enemy to suffer this bullsh*t trash service.

They dont just end at bad connection, they also have an extremely rude and misbehaving staff. They didn't take your calls. They would be indifferent to your complaints. Just for Vijay Nagar area, I would suggest you to choose any other broadband service, but not Excitel. It's been 4days now my connection down but no body is there to fix it. Hugely disappointed.

This is the worst experience I've had in years with a service provider. Their connection is the most unreliable I've ever used. Has been a few weeks since I've been using their connection and I'm supposed to have the best they can offer that is their fibre connection, for the first few days my connection was fine but since then it started going south to the point where I get a connection for around 10 odd mins and during those mins my download speed is less than 2 mbps (sometimes goes below 1 mpbs) and then it gets disconnected and comes back up again after 15 to 20 mins. The people who came in for the installation as well as their sales team promised the best connectivity but they don't deliver. Please don't fall in their trap. Their customer service is the worst, i raised a ticket around 36 hours ago and while that is still in progress I've raised 2 more tickets but haven't gotten resolution for even 1. Please do not waste your money, would be much better to go for Airtel broadband . Please do not get your connection with them, trust me its better to stay on mobile data, that's what I've been doing for the past week. Unfortunately I've already paid them for 4 months so can't do much. Please don't make the same mistake that I did, save you money and retain your peace of mind.

After availing their prepaid services, you would assume that they will give their best and consistently try to improve themselves, right? Unfortunately, wrong. It doesn't seem like anyone in the company is, at all, bothered by the calls, complaints, and messages. Everything falls on deaf ears. They are callous and indifferent, and even though one can fathom the technical issues, there is simply no explanation for them not picking up the phone or not responding to WA messages (they do have the time to send you unnecessary good morning and happy new year messages, though). I frequently faced problems with connectivity and the reasons I was given would put a comedian to shame, perhaps. "There are too many trucks in the area and they are crushing the wifi wires", "the weather is too bad and no wifi seems to work", "the entire company's phone is out of service because we have been shifting our office." Seriously guys? Come up with better stuff, please. All in all, would never recommend. A complete waste of money and energy.

The experience is worst. i am facing the connection problem since 5 days try calling the local executive as well as the customer service but they just say we're working on it and don't do anything about it . They took advance of 3 months from us and now treating us so badly I do not refer excitel
