 Brother, do not even get mistakenly, their connection har will be spoiled on the third day and if someone calls to fix it, no one will pick up but will block the number itself. I am regretting having got you saved from excitel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor internet connection not just this they will also provide you the worst customer service. I was using it for 2 years and literally tolerating them because there is no other option in my area but now there are many other options, please go for some other option. I am very sure that they also alters internet speed once they know that someone is a heavy data user. And yes if you are into gaming then nobody can save you as ping always fluctuate with a hell lot of packet loss. And customer service wasn't helpful at all. They get really annoying sometimes. And yes one last thing no matter which internet pack I buy from them my internet only works for 5 days in a week because most of the time they are facing their so called "technical issue" and on asking they have no explanation for that. Don't waste your money go for some other option atleast in delhi I don't know about other state.
