★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, it is obvious that they filled their own reviews to cheat people, the service provider don’t even deserve one star .. as they frequently cut the internet and no help from them at all. Then ignore and disconnects the call. Whereas there is actually no issue from Excitel and Service provider do it purposely to make a fun of people in this Pandemic Situation where we are paying on time to avoid any hassle so that we can however they seem to be not understanding it and it doesn’t matter to them it is hard earned money of people..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your money on this broadband service for this particular area. Has to complaint everyday to complaint center, wifi is disconnected often. Enticed by the 6+3 months scheme , now money got stuck.

They will give you net properly at the start then after 4to5 months it will stop giving net for many days and there excuse would be there are some technical repairs going on the net will come soon..... and when you wait for net it doesn't comes it will take a long time and even if net comes they will give you net speed very fast but after few days it will be in lesser speed . This a waste of money and patience.......
Though they are not worthy of even 1star ....... I would say that take another net provider rather than of excitel
