★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst provider in malviya nagar i have to call them after every couple of hours to check my connections . Im not able to work because of their poor connections . Its so not worth it for the amount of stress they give with their poor quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just paid 6500 for new router and 9 month service 15 days back and i am calling them everyday my daughter is missing her class because of them cant watch tv and the best thing is the person who attends the call is so used to all these things will send sm1 bolke he sleeps .. we shud do something .. i have connections can throw them out from malviya nagar ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not at all good. They just have an intent to grab customers money and not to provide any service. Worst internet speed speaking of 100 mbps speed and getting only 27 mbps with unstable speed.

I hate the service of Excitel / Excitel Broadband , when it comes to putting up the connection they do it, but
when you apply for Router collection from your place at the time of closing the connection, then the actual trouble comes in, the local vendor doesn't pickup the ROUTER for more than 2 months, by then i left the apartment, now the cost of the router which was taken as deposit is put on me, nothing will be done to the vendor who was irresponsible in his behavior and didn't perform their duties,
I KEPT FOLLOWING UP WITH THE COMPANY, BUT EVERYTIME I AM TOLD, "SORRY SIR WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, I AM RAISING A TICKET" , That's it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't want your mood spoilt everyday by experiencing 10-12 disconnections on a daily basis, please don't use their services. Third class service, I face a minimum of one technical outage per week, which means no internet for 5-6 hours. My blood pressure has gone up ever since I've been using their services. Currently in the middle of another technical outage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst experience I've had in years with a service provider. Their connection is the most unreliable I've ever used. Has been a few weeks since I've been using their connection and I'm supposed to have the best they can offer that is their fibre connection, for the first few days my connection was fine but since then it started going south to the point where I get a connection for around 10 odd mins and during those mins my download speed is less than 2 mbps (sometimes goes below 1 mpbs) and then it gets disconnected and comes back up again after 15 to 20 mins. The people who came in for the installation as well as their sales team promised the best connectivity but they don't deliver. Please don't fall in their trap. Their customer service is the worst, i raised a ticket around 36 hours ago and while that is still in progress I've raised 2 more tickets but haven't gotten resolution for even 1. Please do not waste your money, would be much better to go for Airtel broadband . Please do not get your connection with them, trust me its better to stay on mobile data, that's what I've been doing for the past week. Unfortunately I've already paid them for 4 months so can't do much. Please don't make the same mistake that I did, save you money and retain your peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never recommend to anyone . I paid for one year for 50 MBS and i am getting only 6 MBS and raising my ticket also again and again also , they are not taking any kind of action . Please beware of these frauds.
