Very very poor service, all time connectivity problem, not provide speed as per plan, issue not resolved by field boys.

I call the representatives continuously for 5 to 6 days to fix my internet issue but they didn't give response to my call. They really are very irresponsible. They don't value their customers.

Worst kind og experience. Service quality cannot go anymore down. They even close support tickets on false resolution claim. I have already suffered for 9 days before writing this review.

Worst network speed in ghaziabad. Internet usually fluctuate and no one will help you out in this case. Don't go for it.

Worst internet service provider, the after service is just so bad that it'd drive you crazy. Speed is not constant if you are downloading something, and is prone to frequent disconnections. 100 Mbps, 300 Mbps there's not much difference, Since you won't be able to utilise it in the first place. Its been more than 2 months since I have raised an issue with them, And is still unsolved till date. Edit 1 : They did show up yesterday and changed the router for third time, to GX one. The new router seems to be holding the connection quite well for now. But still took 2 months.

Worst experience I have faced with Excitel. I have 100 mbps fiber plan but never received 100 mbps speed, I would not recommend them If you are planning to take connection for office work. Poor customer service, they do not take customer complaint seriously, they keep updating the Complain ticket as issue resolved without resolving it. don't waste your money go for other service provider.
