★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody responds on calls on customer care and on chat their executives are not even aware of any details and everytime ask to connect on call with sales executive who never picks up your calls. Worst experience

The worst part here is that Excitel is running a BIG SCAM.
Whenever you call customer service - they say 2 things:
1st - It will resolve in 24hrs - which never happens on time, you have to keep on following up with them till your service is ok (4-5 days).
2nd - They will say please get in touch with local vendor (Channel parent) they will help you, it's not in our hand, we have raise the ticket.
It feels like customer service guys are not well train, feels like they are fully on drugs(Dope), every single executive you talk, they will provide you different scenario and promise you to resolve in high priority (Forget it, which never happens). Waste of time.
When you call the local vendor (Channel parent) - they reply "Sir it will done soon" and you keep on follow-up again & again by evening their Phone is switched off. Same happens in next day (it keeps on happening).
Customer is stuck badly in between local vendor (Channel parent) & Excitel.
Excitel is only making money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are always some issues happening with the wifi. I can't say I'm fully satisfied with their service anytime . Whenever i call them there's no one to pick up . The quality and service is so poor. I would never recommend this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are worst when it comes to customer service...my internet is down since last 3 days but nobody is there to attend...worst part when i asked them to refund security deposit then they even stopped answering calls. Please dont go with them you will only waste ur money..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before Installation of Excitel Fiber Connection i did a lot of research, i found too many negative ratings of this company. After installation of this broadband, I found there are no issues with this broadband connection. Only the thing you should know, It gives issues only 1-2 days in a whole month , that takes 4hrs to resolve. Also, they give compensation for internet issues by extending validity of plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No idea about others but I'm very happy with Excitel team connected with them three months back and till now I want give 10 out of 10 for there amazing speed and for resolving issues within in 2 hours however I faced connectivity issue only 2-3 times and that also resolved in max 2 hours amazing keep up the good work team Excitel
