Frequency of complaints that I have to do is 10 complaint per month. So in a month you will have to take 15 days leave, because you will not be able to work.

In the last 20 days this is the 4th time there is No internet.
For average 4 times x 4 days each time = 16 days no internet
I think you should just shut down your company and play marbles.
My 2 connections aren't working. Raised several complaints on customer care but no action has been taken yet.
