★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iam consumer of this worst service provider EXCITEL. I have make a plan 799 rs. Speed is very slow. Customers care and technical team not any support after connection. His network connectivity is down 56 to 74 hour. And always take superfluous charge for installation. Which one is hidden. So don't take any bussiness of this farud company.. My exitel uidid is.120008274..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish Google provided the option of giving negative stars in reviews. They seem to live in a different time zone where 24 hours end after a week. There is no coordination between the respective teams.
We faced an issue of a faulty adapter which was resolved after 7 days because of which we have faced tremendous work loss. The team who came for resolving the issue informed that they received the information after an entire week.
They are extremely unresponsive and unprofessional that they won't respond, or even if they do, the same is done in a highly unprofessional manner. Don't bother writing them formal e-mails since they will copy-paste your carefully drafted message and revert you back the same.
When you try calling them, what you witness is a carefree attitude which screams "oh this is just one disgruntled customer, we have faced hundreds of them till date".
Excitel may be among the fastest growing internet service providers, but its services, professionalism and commitment doesn't seem all that 'exciting'.
