★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT waste your money in excitel...neither the main excitel office not thr local providers who give smart plans....nobody takes the responsibility if net doesnt work which is a daily issue..infact the girl who sits in shakarpur head office addresses customer calls as FALTU CALLS..as stated by her they dont have FALTU TIME to take customer complains.... Excitel customer care has all the details of what local plans we use but they can npt support us... They can only send messages or calls for the payment..NO TO EXCITEL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer support. If there is some festival the entire team will go for a 4-5 days holiday and if you face any problem in this duration there will be no one to help. This happened twice with me. Wifi speed is also very poor.

If this is how they treat customer before getting connection, I can't imagine how they will treat customers after getting connection.
