The trainings conducted by Execore Spectrum (EC) are very relevant to real life scenarios.The content is well researched & the faculty staff knowledgable to conduct the trainings. The highlights of the trainings will be the high level of involvement between the faculty & the members attending the training. The recall value of the trainings is well gaged . Reward & recognition is conducted during the course of the program thereby keeping the morale high.CSAT is gaged by feedback forms highlighting the Positives & areas of development for the program,also suggestions for content for future training programmes.
