It was a horrible experience in their store. They don't even deserve 1 star. They don't even know how to behave with the customer. I visited their Uttarpara store few days ago to buy a sofa I booked a sofa with some amount. And said that I want this sofa to be delivered within the end of the month i.e. 30th November and I would confirm the date few days later and since the sofa was a customised one they sent a person to take the measurements and during that time I clearly mentioned that I need the sofa by 27th anyhow. The week before when I called them regarding the progress of the work the said they would deliver it by 30th only as it is written in the bill. I said that that date was not the actual date of delivery as said previously it was within 30th and I even mentioned the exact date to the person who came for measurement. After discussion they called me back that the person never mentioned the date to them after some arguments they agreed to deliver it by 27th at 9pm and even said that pay the rest amount at 9pm and after that the sofa would be delivered. At the day of delivery in the evening They said that the material is ready and we can come and take it. I asked them that can I take the delivery the next day morning as I have some meetings to attend as I was working from home they didn't agreed to that then I said ok then please deliver it at 9 then cuz I have a meeting now and then I have another meeting later which I delayed by an hour and then after that I went and paid the money and they said that the material would be delivered by 9 as the labour have gone to deliver somewhere else. Then they delayed my delivery by an hour and when I asked the delivery guys why they were delay then they were saying that since we paid later so it got delayed although we paid the full amount an hour earlier to 9. When I asked the showroom about the delay the female staff's respond was being a woman I am staying till 10 so why are you in a hurry for your information madam it is your duty to stay till a product is delivered you are being paid for that there are many other woman who works till late night even do night shifts and do extra work till late night and they never complain so your staying 30 mins extra is a no big deal. More over after delivery when they said that they will not cover the sofa again then I will make a unboxing video and if there is any issue we can show the video. Since we were having a painting work at home so we wanted the sofa to be covered but they didn't agreed to that and again they called the showroom and the female staff's respond was "we had to deal with such uncultured customer" when I confronted them they were saying that the didn't say anything they were just having a conversation amongst themselves. They even said that that was not the female staff on the phone but the female manager. So if a manager behaves like this then I have nothing to say. After that the delivery guys torned all the packaging and took photographs and left without even covering the sofa's such was the behaviour of the guys.

They have very good collection of furniture with a reasonable price. All the staff's are very gentle.

We bought a beautiful tan Sofa Come Bed from Executive Furniture. Very nice high end furniture, beautifully designed store, super nice staff and had our furniture delivered the same day. And the best part is there amazing customer service and politeness. When I went back to the store to look for other furniture I saw our Sofa Come Bed in a slightly darker shade that I actually wanted and they had it replaced for me in s blink of an eye. I literally thought I am going to have to debate on this but nothing asked. The owner was more than pleased to have it replaced. That by the way is a sign of a 5 star company! Love it. You guys have earned my loyalty forever. I will be back.
