β β β β β very good product. no vibration. Useful and correct size. But, packing during delivery is far from satisfactory..without bubble paper which leads to white screws attached to table top separating and bending. Need to improve in this

2. The collection is outstanding and the price also not so high than other showrooms.

5. The showroom is open every day in a week.
And the timing of opening & closing is perfect?β¨.
6. The female sales staffs are well trained to understood the customer's quarry.
7. The interior design of the showroom is more attractive.
8. The delivery of any product is very ?β‘ fast.
9. The behavior of the deliveryman is also very much excellent???.
10. If any customer or customers suffers financial problems? but any wooden product also to be needed, he or she or they must come to this showroom and get exclusive discount and finance support .

β β β β β I bought a full wall cabinet maximum 3 years ago. Within 2 years, the hinges of the doors became weaker by the day. The doors are falling off the cabinet. After pandemic, mid November 2021, I went to Executive's Showroom in baranagar (ananya) and lodged a complaint regarding the doors. They confirmed that they would send a repairman in the next week and that I would be informed beforehand when the repairman was going to come. But no one came. So I visited for the second time. I complained again that no one came. The week after my second visit, when no one was home, someone suddenly called and asked for my address. This person called from Executive and said that he was coming over immediately. Since I was outside, I asked this person why he hadn't informed me beforehand that he was visiting that day. The person replied awfully that he had no intentions of calling beforehand "apnake agey theke janate hobe? Tahole dekhi kobe jai"
Completely unacceptable . In these times, almost everyone has a job, no one stays home all the time and companies need to call before they suddenly drop in at someone's house. This person after the phone call has not called ever again.
Executive has really bad furniture that breaks down really fast and their service is even worse. I would not suggest anyone to buy from this store.

β β β β β Not much bigger shop compare to other furniture outlet in the city. But the products of the shop are satisfying one.
Also the location of the shop making it more valuable and reachable to the customer.
And last but not the least the behaviour to the customer is also very nice and notable one........
