★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost company I have ever seen in my life. Don't ever think of joining this company you will waste your time, energy and skills. Old age coding company is doing only cut, copy & paste work. You will never get salary on time and they don't disburse variable component you have to wait for atleast 6 months and after that you will get only 60% of it if you are lucky. They are cheaters don't join this company.
Companies stay away from them they will sink your money and project, you will not get anything out of it except loss of money, time & resources.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great experience working here - below reviews are fake! Very good projects & technical exposure, one of few mid size co with strong process and performance. Salary is excellent if you are best performer, no one must expect to sit & be paid for nothing! But they do need to focus bit more on events for relaxation, rest is good.

I saw the Prudent Insurance Company Portal, as it is tied up by company official medical benefits. Tons of improvement is needed and I am sure you have a highly trained engineers working on behalf of you to ruin your/other/thirdparty website. I must say, even the youtube learner and class 12th student create a far good website than you have built.
Kudos the sale/management to sell a product like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do NOT join this company at any cost. Reasons being:
1) This company will make you sign a bond for 2 years and will make you regret for doing so. They will collect all your original documents.
2) No new technology is being used for the office work. Very outdated systems.
3) Employees have no manners and no form of professionalism is being shown by anyone. Also, no work life balance. You need “ask” your manager if you wish to logout or stop working for the particular day.
4) All the HRs are useless, they have no consideration towards their employees.
5) Salary is not on time. No proper attendance maintenance system.
6) No proper leave structure.
7) Once the employee completes their probation period, no formal notice or document is given to the employee.
8) Also, no detailed CTC structure is given in the offer letter. They will make you write it down on a piece of paper for your reference.
9) Office infrastructure is pathetic.
10) Your concerns or issues will never be heard or looked upon. So, it’s a sheer waste of time to join this company.
Rest I believe is your call.
