The Director of Exhale Yoga school Mr. Samarth Dave Sir has a very profound knowledge of the ech yoga techniques. The atmosphere of the class is so familiar that u never feel that u are in unknown hands.I consider myself so lucky that I found @exhaleyogaschool and the Man himself Mr, Samarth Dave Sir. I can guarantee you that u will not found a perfect yoga teacher than him. Its not at all a paid promotion. So, I would highly recommend @exhaleyogaschool for a perfect teacher training course.
