Battery dead in may 2020 (lockdown period but because it was tuesday hus outlet was working)
Since it was in replacement warranty i wanted to get it replaced
But to my surprise he asked a replacement time of 20 days
I visited another exide store and battery was immediately replaced
I found him very poor in his after sales service and customer relationship.

Their after sale service is third class
