We have always purchased our car battery from their store only. After battery was discharged, we received a follow up service from their side regarding the battery and replacement terms. Will have given 4 stars but 5th Star for After sales service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exide bike battery wasn't sealed when purchased new, in 20 months battery has gone dead. Manager was RUDE while replacement under warranty. Asked us to get a photo copy of original bill though they had printer and we had soft copy. Confessed that exide battery don't last long, max 2 yrs. WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE.
