★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good. I liked it. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The technician just at the front is a little rude sometimes but it gets all covered up in the company processes which are very helpful and easy for the consumers. That not only give service to Exide batteries but also give little tips to the customers sometimes which is not for their own brand. The higher management is very cordial and empathetic. Everybody would think that they are cordial to their work force but you would be surprised to know that the higher management staff are cordial to the customers also. An excellent service received from Exide batteries in Kolkata.
