The customer care executive who attended to me was very courteous and helpful in resolving my queries related to an insurance policy of mine with the company. However, Exide Life Insurance that has a central call centre does not share the phone numbers of individual branch offices of the company. The result was that I could not contact and get directions from the Nehru Place branch to locate their office. It is entirely another matter that I reached their office with the help of Google Maps. Even the customer care executive, who was otherwise very helpful, successfully avoided sharing the branch phone number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office space is sufficient. Main gate is not in front. Just go back and then you will see the stairs for the office. Staffs are helpful and would help you ASAP. Water being provided to the customers sitting there. 2-3 dedicated executive for the queries and resolution or execution. 1 dedicated desk for Reception counter.
