On ''Response from Exotic Green's owner": We are not surprised to read this message. He has reacted as every guilty person does. Exotic Green Nursery's owner has conveniently shifted entire blame on us.Only persons who are on the wrong, and have unreasonable grudge against others, do this. At this stage, we clarify: (1) We never threatened the owner to spoil the company reputation of Exotic Green Nursery or taking any legal recourse to settle this issue, at the outset. Exotic Green Nursery's owner/staff should realize that reputation gets spoiled when the customer loses trust in them & their products, and with every such messy correspondence. (2) We have been accused of giving bad care to plants bought from Exotic Green Nursery. Among all indoor plants we have, only those that were purchased from Exotic Green have perished (including Exotic Green plants that we gifted to our friends). Our friends have sent back those perishing plants to us, as a proof. If we did not take proper care of those plants, at least our friends would have done so! OR does he mean that even our friends did not care for the gift plants? He seems to imply that barring him and his staff, all others are incompetent at taking care of plants. (3) AT THE FIRST INSTANCE, we told the nursery's staff that we will be going there with the plants. Later, due to some medical problems, which developed at home, we requested them to send for a runner. Further, if we would have waited for the medical problem to subside, and then go to Exotic Green, the remaining plants (bought from there) would have also died! In order to save those plants, we thought of requesting a runner from them. But this was not taken in a positive spirit by the owner. He conveniently ignored the reason for our plea for help and accused us. (4) Every customer has the right to complain, when they experience any loss or cheating.What new or different have we done? We clearly state that we will "never recommend" Exotic Green Nursery to any of our friends, after having such a third-rate experience with them. It goes on public record that we have lost the plants, and money and MOST IMPORTANTLY the trust that we had placed in them, at the time of purchasing from Exotic Green. Lastly, we do not wish to have any further interaction or correspondence with Exotic Green's owner and staff. ********************************************************************** Writing this review in Public Interest: While Exotic Green Nursery does have a fairly nice collection of plants, though quite costlier than the market, problem is the owner and staff's very arrogant and unprofessional threatening behavior towards customers. Exotic Green Nursery's staff misguided us with regards plant care. We took care, as per their instructions but only those plants (which we purchased from Exotic Green Nursery) started dying.When we complained, Exotic Green Nursery's staff denied of misguiding us. The staff reluctantly connected us to the Exotic Green Nursery 's owner, after several calls and request from our side. Exotic Green Nursery's owner interacted with us in a rude manner, and told us that he "is saving our conversation for legal purposes". In our experience, we have never come across a businessman/shopkeeper, who threatens the customers on receiving genuine complaints. Such an experience is a first one for us. Also, we never threatened anyone from Exotic Green Nursery, for the unprofessional behavior meted out to us. We are shocked!! Hence, we are bringing this to public's notice, especially to those who seem to be impressed with Exotic Green Nursery. After facing this sort of unprofessional and offending behavior, we strongly feel that dealing with such shopkeeper/organisation such as Exotic Green Nursery is dangerous. In fact our friends and acquaintances had warned us about Exotic Green's owner and staff, citing their bad experience with them, but unfortunately we ignored it, and now we are paying for it, in this manner.

Good quality plants. Extremely happy with my purchase.

They have good collection of plants and staff is also good. This place is economic compared to other nursery in the area. I love going there.

I got a very beautiful bonsai from this place, a little overpriced though!

I work at CHUBBY BABY . We took our kids to EXOTIC GREEN for their field visit as their theme of the month was NATURE . The staff there was so helpful and they allowed us to visit their whole nursery. They showed the kids how to grow a plant and how to take care of them. The kids were really happy . The staff was quiet knowledgeable and not to mention very polite . They provided us information about various plants . In short the visit was success thanks to exotic green .

It's like an oasis in the desert. You can shop different species of plants at reasonable rates.

Beautiful place with great collection. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. They have amazing collections of pots as well as plants.
