★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a Thailand package earlier for a newly married couple & their experience was not very bad so now booked for my entire family (Group of nine).
Very bad experience this time. Everyone should try to verify the hotel details otherwise it would be hell. In Pattaya they booked a cheap old hotel & despite very low occupancy in that hotel, staff didn't allow us to check in for two hours that too waiting in room without any fan even. The behaviour of staff is just disgusting. Breakfast included in package but they don't have dining room & have arrangement with other hotel far away.
The Exotic travel arrangement is even worse. The flight reached at 4 AM & THE PICKUP VAN CAME AT 8 AM. We paid for Coral Island tour but the lady owner refused & asked for some other tour with payment. No refund of Coral tour. Our flight from Bangkok was at 21.15 & we asked for the van at 8 PM so that we reach atleast 3 hours before departure. But despite requests & phone call to Delhi, they sent the van at 5.45 PM. When asked to wait atleast 15 minutes to come down the driver left hotel & we had to hire the van at extra cost.
Please beware!!!! of such tour operators & make your own tour or through renowned names. Be cautious of cheats.

Must say we had a wonderful wonderful time and it was a fantastic trip.
Right from making us plan the trip ,to arrange for the Visa the service was impeccable?
While the trip began they were sharing the details and updates on one of their application with us till we headed back home ,the service experience was excellent. While we ask anything on the application ,within a fraction of seconds we used to get a response then be it in morning or at midnight. Not even once we felt that we had anything less than what we could think of.
I strongly recommend to make your next tour planned with exotic travel spirit to make your vacation worth it.
Thanks a lot for your excellent service, your personalized treatment for your clients is your great strength and makes you different than other service provider's. ?
