Finish of accesories in apartments is an issue...
Electricity is a bigger issue with constant outages and interrupted electric supply
Have to get up repeatedly in the night to switch on the AC ..again and again in Summers .. a disturbed sleep

1.) Room sizes are good but if we see total area of apartment then loading is very high.
2. ) Rates not justified due to poor connectivity and village surroundings..
3.) No School or Market complex near by .
4. ) Security is big concern due to deserted road.
looks like Builders leasing is not good with local authority ,or they are not concerned !! God Bless residents..
