★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Talking very nice but no timing met to give report on said time. Next days 11am but gave at 6 pm n that's too after many many followup. 1 test was pending. Didn't shared it till another day. Just money making n wasting customer time n energy. No one feels even sorry for their delays n mistakes. Pure pathetic.

Their was a confirmed appointment for me at 8.00 AM. The staff did not arrive till 9.00 AM. After that the receptionist told me that the doctors are not available for sonography. Why to confirm appointment when the Dr is not available ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic for health checkup. Nice staff and they are very cooperative. They will guide you through your health checkup tests. Doctors here are also nice. They will make u feel comfortable for any test. Friendly staff behaviour.
You need to go early on weekends since it is on first come first serve bases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Pathetic Experience- No coordination within team members, Team seems been Unexperienced at reception people jumping queue and no discipline maintained. Lack of information to members coming for test. Test wait time was 3 to 4x more than what is experienced in other clinic. Will never recommend anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC SERVICE. I had visited this clinic for routine checkup for me and my mom. My mom was waiting in queue for 2D test and suddenly the doctor (Yatin Visave) said that he had to visit another clinic for an emergency and will be available after 1pm. We waited for 2 hours for doctor to be back. Once he was back we waited for test again and the nurse (Preeti Kangade) didn't even care to include my mom for the test. My mom requested her 2-3 times that we have enrolled for 2D test but she went deaf ear and the doctor left again. Would never suggest this clinic to anyone again. Just waste of both money and time.
