They always sent the damage/broken packet to the customer and always set back when things happened, very very rude , bad name in courier services, don't know how to talk to customer, not at all proactive,
denied when anything lost and damage in transit, not suggest anyone to go ahead with the services, sitting in Karol Bagh hub its not at all acceptable , sharing my and my customer experiences in pics so everyone get to know about this worst courier services

The general rate depends on place to place,
Like from Delhi to North India(Bihar, M.P, Up, Jharkhand, etc) rate @ ₹50/kg, in case of heavy they will charge you @ ₹35/kg.
Door to Door service available.
They also provide you the Cartoon/cover/foam
before sending.
They also packed it properly.
They charge for Volume as 3 times the real weight.
For example if you want to courier Air Condition weight 40 kg, then they charged you for 40*3 = 120 kg.
