★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had an option, I would surely like to give negative rating. This builder can not be trusted. We gave token money to the salesperson on booking of flat. After keeping token money for one month, they gave flat to someone else and ask us to take any other flat among upper floors. I would like to advise that never buy and flat in this society or from this builder.
