They do false promises and chase you to take subscription like hell.
We realized it in the very initial time and refuse to take subscription but since the loan were approved and they had get it disbursed from financepeer.
Now every month we are paying monthly installment with out taking any single class or subscription from extramarks.
Now No body is responding and I believe this is the way they are cheating everyone....

Ms KEYA DAS From Kolkata office came to my sister home lied about payment and cancellation policy. She took money as a counselor charges and coverted remaining amount into emi. She started course even though requested several times to cancel and later on emi for remaining amount was presented by bank without using of any services. Tried to contact KEYA DAS several times but call remained unanswered, she cheated and lied about everything,also tried customer care number several times but issues regarding payment not resolved yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company and cheater employees. Please don't come in their trap. Once you purchase the subscription, you will get to know all their promises and commitment were false. No one is there to attend your complaint. One of their executive Mr. Navin Mishra, who came to us for subscription, is a biggest fraudster and I will give him and support staff the lowest rating (negative).
False promises, very pathetic service and support. This is all about the company. At the time of subscribe purchase, they will regularly call you but once you take the subscription neither their toll free number gets connected nor their executive responds the calls.
I would like to give them minus rating for their classes, services, support and company

In this company their is a employee name is Navin Mishra who first take the admission & after he don't pickup to phone & block the number & do lie promise.
