Undergone the cataract surgery of my wife for both the eyes by Dr. Suvarn Chetan. Wonderful experience. The place is very hygienic, neat and clean. The staff is very cooperative and polite especially Ms Neha annd Shikha, with whom we interacted the most.

The service are too bad. I visited for laser eye check up, first they took half n hr just to get my bill done and I was the only one standing there. Second after the bill no one knows exactly what to do they asked us to move from Basment to second floor which is fine I understand that for different test we had to do that but we had no clue what to do and we just waited and after like an hr they told us I m waiting in wrong area. I was furious that there is no precautions for sanitisation only a door man in front give sanitizer rest all equipment are hardly clean and old models which are not used now days. Top of that I had appointment for Dr. Kapil Juneja. But I was asked to show Dr. Mainak Bhattacharyya

Undorgone cataract surgery for my mother's eye , it was great experience at eye q. Earlier there was multiple queries related to surgery but every thing were well taken care by Dr. Suwarn and eye q team. And very smoothly all the thing has done. I would request everyone to come eye q for any issue related their eye.

I have been wearing spectacles for almost 30 years now. My eye power was very high. So high that LASIK was not an option as for such a high power there would be a lot of distortion to the cornea. Because of the thickness of the spectacle lenses i used to feel exhausted by evening and also there would be a stress on the nose bridge carrying such heavy glasses. I tried contact lenses earlier but there was a limitation on the power and astigmatism. I was not comfortable wearing contact lenses also. Therefore, Dr Suwarn suggested that i undergo Implantable Collamer Lens or ICL surgery to me. Simply said, in ICL surgery a lens is implanted in the eye between the eye's natural lens and the iris. This seemed like a workable solution for me. After all the necessary tests I confirmed for surgery and the order for lenses was placed. Surgery required 2 hours of preparation for dilating the eyes and the surgery itself took 15-20 mins for each eye. I was discharged within an hour after surgery both times. The surgery was in the hospital itself. My right eye was operated first. Dr. Suwarn Chetan was very meticulous and took a lot of precautions. He was very transparent and informed me of all the points he was considering. Thankful to him my right eye surgery went well. However, after a week there was a very high right eye pressure due to which my left eye surgery was deferred by a week. I consulted Glaucoma specialist Dr. Mainak Bhattacharya and was given an all clear to undergo the left eye surgery. My left eye surgery also went well and my eye pressures restored to normal levels within 2 months. EyeQ supported me in all the consultations for this. There was no pain throughout the entire process. My eyes are perfectly fine now and Im spectacle free. It is a great feeling and my only regret is that I should have got it done earlier. There are no restrictions on swimming or anything else and I can see the world with a HD vision. There is no hassle of maintaining contact lenses. EyeQ DLF phase 1 has been exceptional. They have taken great care of me and the Dr's are the best and very thorough. Special thanks to Dr. Suwarn Chetan, Dr. Mainak Bhattacharya and Dr. Priti Kumari who are very good and polite in all discussions. They answered all my doubts and discussed each step in great detail. I was very scared before the surgery but the team of Doctors and nurses helped me through the journey. Also want to mention the great admin staff, lab technicians, nurses and support staff at EyeQ Dlf phase 1 for fantastic support. Ms Neha, the administrative head of the centre was very response and helped me throughout. She has made the entire process seamless. My only suggestion is for the centre to expand further and get all equipment in the same premises so one doesn't have to travel to other centres for eye tests.

My father went for his cataract surgery. We reached well on time for the appointment and operation is on time and doctor is excellent but all reception staff is rudly and excuse time to time for every questions. First operation is very delay but second is on time. Please change your staff for bad behaviour. No safety measures are taken in times of covid. Staff was pretty unprofessional and would not bother to give u an update .

Wonderful experience. Very polite courteous staff. Very able Doctors. Wife underwent Cataract surgery by very experienced Surgeon and went uneventful both times. Now she can see clearly. Thanks to EyeQ and it's entire staff and wish them good health and Happiness in future .
