Dr gunjn did awesome Lasik for my fiance.
Explained pre-op as wel and surgery also superb.
Small issue with lady minaksii , some problem with her talking. Very loud shout
I asked for gunjn mam appointment ,she told me to show other doc everytime. . Not good
It should be patient to decide for doctor not staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, reception ladies behavior is very unprofessional, like they are fed up in their life and frustrated. I was gone for my ward vaccination, vaccine was Covaxin, me along with few other people waited for half n hour after getting token and lastly the said we don't have Covaxin. After checking the availability of Covaxin, i have done the booking through Cowin app it they refused to deliver it and they don't even bothered to ask people before goving tokens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience at the sector 46 clinic. Had to wait for 45 mins despite booking an appointment well in advance. The staff is very aggressive and doesn't care about the patient's comfort. The clinic i believe is understaffed and unequiped to handle crowds yet they keep stacking appointments. Will not recommend unless you have ample time (60-70minutes) and the will to reach out to the receptionist every 5 minutes to ensure that they remember you. Book elsewhere and have a definite better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalised care even on a super-crowded day: I had gone across to the DLF Phase IV centre for a routine eye test. Being a Saturday, and with people venturing out with the Covid curve finally down, the waiting room was packed with people. The young team handling the patients were doing a remarkable job... Helping the elderly find a place to sit: explaining the process to those who seemed a bit out of place; organising a glass of water for those coming in from the sun. Finally, the doctor I met added to the remarkable experience. He was friendly, yet quick; warm, yet to the point. Eye-Q deserves each of the five glittering stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service are too bad. I visited for laser eye check up, first they took half n hr just to get my bill done and I was the only one standing there. Second after the bill no one knows exactly what to do they asked us to move from Basment to second floor which is fine I understand that for different test we had to do that but we had no clue what to do and we just waited and after like an hr they told us I m waiting in wrong area.
I was furious that there is no precautions for sanitisation only a door man in front give sanitizer rest all equipment are hardly clean and old models which are not used now days.
Top of that I had appointment for Dr. Kapil Juneja.
But I was asked to show Dr. Mainak Bhattacharyya
