★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Their HR department is worst and kind of "Unprofessional", i was went for job interview and the interviewers wasn't even intrested to ask my full name. They were literally using phone while I was talking about myself and job profile. I can guess if HR department is creepy I can't even imagine whole atmosphere about company. They even don't care to interviewing for new candidate for seeking job. They even didn't took my resume for their purpose, infact they hand over my resume back to me. They were using phones their head was literally in phone I don't know perhaps they were playing games. This one guy was asking me dumb questions he was very rude too, don't know how to behave in front of job seekers. Manager wasn't even in office chamber, I felt like I just wasted my time and money.
I would have rated 0 It was also assumed that this ratings are paid for sure.

I am using this software since 2 years and asked for bill design acceptable for tax office but still they are unable to rectify it. I hope this review will help not only me but every user facing this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting and pathetic experience with the billing team at Ezee. I've been associated with them since last 5-6 years but their internal communication systems and Billing systems have very poor communication and have no clarity in terms of how to work. They block your dashboards randomly without even checking whether payments have been cleared or not, on top of it, their employees tell you on call that Clear My Bills else I won't open your dashboard, this is when all payments have been already done!!!
Their customer service is downgraded by many notches in the last 2-3 years, very very dissapointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of integrating a software tool with our business. False commitments made by the sales rep to make us subscribe. Wanted immediate payment, else he said the rates would be higher after a few days as they were being revised. All gimmicks. No assistance provided after paying the subscription fee. Set up time is very slow, booking engine is very faulty and has a lot of bugs. Wasn’t working on many devices. And the best part is, they billed us for a month despite their fault software and said that if we don’t pay, they would stop the subscription. Have all screenshots and phone records to prove how pathetic they are. Worst mistake ever, to onboard them without proper research on what scam artists they are. No one ever returned my call also, when I tried to make an escalation on their faults. Will be complaining to consumer courts if they don’t respond today
