★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever gone through, washing machine was wrongly delivered on 25th I waited for 1 day for the correct one, when it came service boy has not arrived till day to get the settings done. Every number which I found and tried to connect is unreachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unprofessional behaviour by Customer Care Executive. I enquired about iPhone and executive was least interested. When I asked about phone finance he said "aap puch lo ja ke".. Aisa hi rha to store ki rating 1 ho jayegi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given one star because I do not have option of giving negative star. Most hopeless place. Purchased a TV and they did not even bother to inform Sony about installation till I reminded them repeatedly. They promised that old TV will be taken by the person who comes for installation but he had no idea about that. When I told them about the bad reviews here they informed that no one is going to read these reviews and hence I can post whatever I want. Better stay as far as possible from these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery delayed by Store in Great India Place Noida! Unreliable delivery staff and Sales staff has no control over delivery process. Hence they give delivery dates that aren't followed by delivery teams. This internal process failure leads to customer harassment and complaints (that never get resolved.)
Customer Care had no clue about the delivery status and they gave me the complaint number only after I called twice! And the store number isn't being answered... despite several attempts.
What am I supposed to do?
