★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All work completed are in good quality and proper finishing but they charges us extra for some minor additional work. (Once they start the work, then they charge extra for any additions and upgradation in work) at starting of work we don't had plan to do much more but later we changes and excited to do more. So our initial budget for our 2 BHK Flat was Rs. 8,50,000.00 but at final it was goes to Rs. 10,50,000.00 (before visiting market, we was not aware that there are very different quality of Tiles, Plywood, Lamination , Electrical and Plumbing material is available).
We choose Marine water proof plywood insted of M.R. Plywood and premium 48"X24" Tile insted of 18"X12".
Sunmica was also was very costly at starting we was plan for Upto Rs. 1200.00 per sheet of Sun-Mica but we used 1 MM Thick Century Sunmica their price was starting from Rs. 2200.00)
I strongly recommend to discuss about Brand and Quality before finalizing the Quotation, if possible visit the Market and see the Quality and variety of material....our most of the guest appreciated the Finishing and Quality of Work.
