★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place to pamper yourself. although a little expensive their services are worth the money. Love their haircut, hair colour and spa. Although I was not happy with their meni pedi the rest of it was a great experience

Their staff keeps changing every month and they keep underpaid staff who don’t know how to talk to customer.
When the owner is not present at the salon, their staff keeps chit chatting within themselves even if a customer is waiting for service.
There are many better smaller salons offering much more professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The barber is excellent. Has a good knowledge on creating the hair style that look well overall. My mother regularly visits them. Although, their charges are very expensive as compared to other salons. But the result seems good. About the SPA - I am unsure as my last tele-conversation with their female receptionist didn't go well. Hope they have a well-trained courteous staff now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Keratin Treatment service in Surat is provided by F unisex Salon at Adajan. Staff here is knowledgeable and knows what your hair needs. I even took my Aunt for this treatment, her hair were really damaged and she was very happy after the treatment. Must visit for all the salon services.

I have been there customer for 5 years now.
Extremely pathetic.
