I visited the Apple service centre yesterday at NP Center, Patna, Bihar, India. I asked the representatives about the genuineness of my iphone and charging cable that I bought from a shop. To this, the representatives replied quite rudely that they don’t know. That means they do not even recognise their own products.
After that they dodged every question I asked them politely and didn’t seem to care at all about my presence. This is the first time I’ve felt completely neglected and unattended at an Apple store. I didn’t expect Apple to have such unprofessional & under informed staff!

Front desk people attended me quickly and provide resolution with proper explanation and further guidance
I read some guys are abusing service center but they don’t understand their work pressure.
Sometimes they could be harsh if customers don’t listen them. Being Apple Customer people should also be polite to them as they are just following company norms.
Thanks Patna team for serving me so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience with this Apple ? Service Center, got replaced the Display which was showing some distorted pixels within Warranty Period.
However, in physical inspection while accepting for servicing - minor dent is described as major dent on the Job Sheet. Not sure how these dents are classified but I personally didn’t like that classification for minor dent as some major issue.
Submitted the device on Friday got a call on Wednesday confirming to collect the device back after servicing.
Easy to locate - near to Patna Junction at walking distance.
