★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good one. Treadmills and cross trainers which were into repair havent got repaired for long creating trouble for cardio workout.
Physical trainers werent good as well... u have ask multiple times for what workout to do next. They donot provide you any workout chart, no diet chart. You have to repeatedly ask for what workout to do and so on. Zero initiative from their side.
I felt cheated and discouraged with the physical trainers behaviour.
No monitoring of the client... people will lose motivation...
Hated it... i donot understand why & how others are giving 5stars and good reviews about F7. I Hate F7!
