★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sale services is 3rd class. Bought high end steam iron machine from Fabcare three months back. Company take very long time to resolve the issue sometimes beyond week. Sanjeev (from after sales services) is rude and doesn't pick calls. Their service technician never write on service report anything against the machine even after knowing the problem. When asked, he says that these are the instructions from the company to not write anything bad on the report.
No reply received from the director Abhinav Arya When I texted him my grevience. At last I had to resolve the issue from outside when company failed to cure it.
In short Fabcare need to pull up their socks for aftersales services.

We are assisted by fabcare and team in terms of machine capacity and quantity selection in view of our estimated laundry load which most of vendor don't do. we got excellent customer support right from beginning to end of the process .service team is really well informed ,responsive, friendly and supportive. what We really like the idea of fabcare is to providing extensive level of training about different kinds garments washing, dry-cleaning , pressing, spotting , chemical usage and handling, formulating washing drying and dry-cleaning programs as per fabric type , color and soil level ,cost computing, making laundry "SOP" etc which is very very important thing to know for any laundry businessman to run laundry department smoothly and seamlessly.
As for laundry equipments, machines are easy to operate ,maintain steady , reliable and energy efficient.we will recommend Fabcare unreservedly to those who are into Laundry business
