★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Smore's Cold Chocolate milk and received a plain chocolate milk without marshmallows. When I confronted the manager, he said it's all there. I have had the same thing before and I knew that he was lying. The manager was rather rude.
It was definitely not worth the money and I would not recommend anyone to gothere and get ripped off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful ambience and stunning interiors make this place a chocolate heaven and a dream come true for chocolate lovers. There’s a ‘live’ desert bar where you can have a custom creation chosen from options on an iPad or you can take home a box of delicate truffles, ganaches, chocolate bars. Its all done amazingly well and no doubt the chocolatiers know their craft. There is attention to details, although I’ve been here 3-4 times over the years and the staff could have some more knowledge between the different types of chocolate / better communications skills to assist customers in choosing the chocolate that they would like. I like the effort ITC is making, but it could still be made more accessible to customers by explaining the different types of chocolate(ganache vs truffles) etc to make it more accessible to masses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time ordering a cake from fabelle and it has again been a disappointing experience. The cake sent looks nothing like the one chosen from their catalogue. The name written on the cake is wrong, it as an embarrassment for those who intended it as a gift. The last time as well, the message was written in the most ugly way, all over the cake.
Such a service is not expected from a brand like ITC. We have been fans of their desserts and chocolates for years, but now will be sure to not order again in the future.

There are a few that come close but none as good.
The desserts are heavenly. A must try for die hard chocolate lovers.

The desert collection was unimpressive.
The eclair Venezuela was average. Encased in biscuit like eclair felt soggy and stale. If you want to have an indulgent eclair go to Country of Origin instead.
Next was the dark chocolate brulee which didn't come together as a desert. The brulee wasn't creamy and rich. The burnt sugar crust had sugar granules which weren't torched enough. Also, as per the description the berries weren't soaked in liquor. Have had a delightful creme brulee in Pondicherry.
A complete disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My little master chef Jai loved the MASTERCLASS for chocolate making at Fabelle Societe De Chocolat, ITC Grand Maratha. Where he learnt the ABCs of chocolate making at the Fabelle's Masterclass specially curated for kids. It was an awesome summer camp for sure. Now awaiting some lip smacking chocolates, cookies and truffles made at home by him. It's an experience is itself loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For chocolate lovers Fabelle is nothing short of a paradise. Serving just desserts made of premium chocolate, the food on display starts to get your mouth watering. Two small round tables and comfy cushion and chairs make up the furniture of this place.
We ordered for a Vanilla cremeux bar with Saint-Domingue Chocolate Mousse, which was brought to us beautifully presented and picture perfect. The mousse was silky smooth with a hint of Vanilla flavour and the almond hazelnut crunch gave a nice textural contrast. We really loved it..?
