★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff hospitality is the only positive. We were served rotten food at lunch in the restaurant. Quality of the rooms is just ok. The telephone in our room was not working, and experienced problems with the wifi too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never ever book Fab hotels. I had pathatic experience. I checked in at fab Sai Prabha. The Gyser does not work. springs were coming out of matress. water does not pass in the bathroom. I wonder how someone has rated that hotel above 4. No kitchen so you have to order food from outdout or order siuthindian food for a restaurant in the ground floor.
I booked it for 3 days but had to cancel and leave the hotel very next day.
Later the arranged a stay at fabexprees Paradise Convention. The rooms were good however pathetic food and delayed service. Even one of the hotel staff warned us not to have food from the hotel.

Blood Stained Linen,
Yellow Towels,
Intercom don't work (Access to Room service is a pain, Considering a 3rd floor occupant)
Small washroom with broken exhaust is again irritating.
Overall, Staff were nice but the problem is, if something is under maintenance, why they take reservations?? Why guest have to bear the nonsense?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean and neat, reception number is unresponsive , untill soon we found out he kept the receiver aside. Complimentary breakfast was said to be by 8am but turned out that they had to bring breakfast from some other place and that too by 9am and was completed by 945. And his response was not so cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house keeping was absolutely not satisfactory. Both the chairs in the room number 208 were soiled & dirty. The undergarment left by the previous occupant in the cupboard was not removed. The fan was also not in a working condition.The room didn't have basic amenity like a night lamp as well. The chair in the restaurant was also broken. Limited variety of breakfast ?. The location is amidst industrial estate so no external view as well. You can always have better options at this price. The bright side is the good behaviour of the restaurant staff.
