★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since lockdown it was not possible to go out for exercise which made me energy less... But when I joined FAB FIT online classes I am energetic for the whole day and I am getting good results...
And of course trainer is excellent and motivates us everytime...
Also the diet advices given by her are beneficial to keep the body fit!
I don't have much good vibes while working out but I love it after the cool down ?
This is really an excellent experience and is worth it!
