★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, post Diwali we were told the store will open at 3 pm, with atleast 4 customers waiting outside, the store didn't open even till 4 pm. No attendant bothered, looks like either they have had too much business or really don't care about doing more business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today me and my brother went for some shopping. We had a very bad experience there. No one is interested to attend us. They all r buzy with their own talk n stuff. They dont have time to attend the customer. Very very bad experience ever in fabindia showroom. This store have to change their staff verysoon. Very disappointed ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store as I had fabindia voucher to use. We bought shirt and it torn out after 1st wash. On complaining, initially they mentioned that they will provide store credit in next 15 days. After one month on inquiring they mentioned that you can exchange it as that is what suggested from upper management. While we went there for exchanging we got response like the associate who called you is not in this shift and we don't have any information, they didn't call the associate to confirm. To sum up it seems this store's service is not upto mark. Customer satisfaction seems their least priority. Kind suggestion is to avoid wasting hard earned money on this kind of brand which doesnt provide proper product as well as service. They just do marketing showing good pics but forgot to provide quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contemporary 3 story store. Household and clothing for family with emphasis on ethnic wear. I was able to find desi style clothes for 6 month old infants. Excellent service without sales pressure. Pricing may be slightly high. But, good quality and fair return/exchange policy. Highly recommend to check this store out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is super friendly and helpful in picking out what we're looking for. The best part is that they have some sanitization machines running, clothes are processed for sanitization after trial in a uv machine and there are clean trial rooms with hand sanitizers everywhere.
They also have an alteration room which is currently not crowded and you can get your alterations done in less than an hour. Great experience and great collection for both men and women.
