We gave them the exact measurement of curtains which we wanted ...
They wrote down the measurements in front of me ....
We wanted 8 FEET long curtains ...
We received 10 FEET long curtains ....
Then again we took the all the curtains to the same shop to do some amendments and make them how we wanted ...
They said extra 4000/- will be charged ...
Why should we give the amount of money if they made a mistake in the first place ...
So we paid EXTRA 2000/- for the amendments ...
Okay
SO From the very beginning we wanted 8 FEET long curtains ...
Now after the amendments the curtains STILL have problems ....
NOW THEY ARE 1 FEET SHORT ...
NOW THEY ARE 7 FEET LONG ...
What the hell is going on ....
What shall we do more to make them understand what we wanted ....
I am sick and tired of all the outputs that they gave us ...
I am very unhappy with this shop and I would not recommend this shop or this kind of customer service to anyone ....
