★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an absolutely nightmarish experience buying a sofa set from them.
The delivery was delayed by a month and the design of the sofa was still not as per our prior agreement but we compromised and accepted the delivery.
Within a month of very minimal use, the sofas started showing serious manufacturing defects. When we asked them to repair it, the owner shameless demanded more money from us.
They also refused to provide an invoice or a written warranty certificate, shedding light to their shady business practices. They didn't even spare our little pet cat and tried to blame some of the defects on it.
When we finally managed to get them to agree to repair the sofas on site, we got to see the absolutely pathetic state of affairs on the inside of the sofas. The frame was broken in two pieces and the quality of the wood was bad. Our carpenter who happened to be there at the time, pointed out serious structural issues and called build quality of the sofas a joke.
They only agreed to give us a refund when it was clear that making the sofas again would prove to be more expensive for them.
This whole ordeal was really horrible and left our elderly parents who purchased the sofas with a lot of trust in the owner, feeling very cheated.
Its a nice fancy store with very questionable business practices, I think they should to stick selling fabric because they clearly have no clue on how to run a proper furniture business.
