★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute pathetic experience. They quote a certain rate and then charge something else. Their drivers are very bad behaved and keep asking for money under some pretext or the other. They lie to extract money on account of parking charges. When quizzed on pay and park receipts the drivers
suddenly change stance. The drivers seem to be instructed to either take longer routes or keep driving the car in such a way that the kilometres exceed the quoted rates. No reading disclosed when starting and they quote a big fat bill on closure. The Manager is not interested in understanding what went wrong even when you tell them the experience was not good. I was quite a regular patronising this agency but because of the recent instances I don't think I would like to recommend their services to anyone at all .
