Pathetic Service. Worst experience ever..!! Simple Recommendation - Never ever get your bike serviced here. Foul mouth staffs, rude, mannerless and arrogant. Lack of proper equipments & experienced mechanics. Moreover, they have excuse for everything.

I brought my bike from here. I would say they are fair as thr name. Decent service and friendly, helpful people.

Worst service, they will spoil your bike and will put the blame on you, better to get services by your local guy, at least he will take the responsibility. Else go for other service center I say no to fair deal and the way Bajaj took my complaint very lightly I say no to Bajaj even

Very professional and well behaved staff. They give your the best deal available in market. They have got the entire collection of bajaj bikes, so need not to worry whether you'll get a particular model or not.

I was supposed to go to bhimtal with my friends on bikes and i had given my bike for servicing a week in advance, specifically mentioning that i am going on a road trip and i need everything to be top notch! This service center told me to come in 3-4 days and i did so, i picked up my bike on the 3rd day before office with a mindset that everything is perfect now and they did a great job, unfortunately after office i realized my left shocker was leaking and when i took it back to them asking why didnt they fix the left shocker if they had fixed the right one their excuse was you never asked us to check the left shocker, now its common sense for a service representative to check both the shockers if he is fixing one right? That's basic work ethics. So after arguing with them a little and making them realize their lack of attention could have cost me my life on my road trip, they took my bike in again for servicing and asked me to come again tomorrow, on my way out i had mentioned a few more things they were supposed to change such as the fuel sensor so i would know when to fill petrol, as my bike fuel sensor was malfunctioning. The next day i went to pick my bike up and everything seemed fine with my bike they said they changed the fuel sensor and shockers and billed me for it. I was going on my trip the next day and as i was en route to bhimtal my bike stopped and i didnt know what the problem was! I checked the fuel level on the screen and it showed 8/10 bars, as i got confused i opened the fuel tank to reassure myself and to my surprise the fuel tank was empty, I had to push my bike for at least a kilometer for a petrol pump. When i reached bhimtal, as always bajaj called me up for the after service feed back and I was pissed at them. I told them that they hadn't changed my fuel sensor and they outright refused of having ever changed or serviced my bike parts, but when i told them i have a bill in front of me with the details their words completely changed and they started saying that oh sir, did you pay by cash? cause if you had we wouldn't have it in record. I have been going to this bajaj service center for the past 3 years and only in the last 1 and a half years they have started this chootiya banane ka business with their regular customers. I told the representative that this not fair and i'm going to file a consumer report against you and the representatives couldn't care less about it, I was shocked on how layed back they could be about such a serious complaint. This service center needs representatives and workers who don't have a big stick up their ass and actually respect the customer.
