★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. It isnt like other stores where they force you to go for a particular brand or model. They will tell you pros & cons of all variations and then you have to decide.
Sensed a family type vibe. Would suggest everyone who are looking for products at best prices and excellent support even after sales.

I had a terrible experience with this place. The first day we went to buy a chimney, we were pleasantly surprised with their behaviour and professionalism. The sales lady was courteous and helped us choose the right product.
The problems started after we made the payment and the purchase was done.
1. They couldn't give any idea on when the chimney would be delivered and weren't even ready to take responsibility for it and their way of conveying the same was rude.
2. The chimney came after 2 days and during the installation, the PRODUCT WAS FOUND FAULTY and hence we asked for a replacement.
3. They again had no clue on when they could deliver the replacement product and kept delaying had no answer when the product would arrive and when asked would give arrogant replies and would disconnect the call between a conversation.
4. Even after telling them that we stay out of Kolkata and we cancelled our tickets just for the chimney to be delivered, they had no empathy whatsoever.
5. It probably is one of the oldest shops of the area but we had a very bad experience in terms of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased electronics worth rs 60000 and created a great bond.But when we started using the air conditioner its not fully one month that the air conditioner was not cooling...we called up for the reason for this...they sent a person ..day 1 he said he will come..but didnt ..day 2 he didnt...at the end of day 3 finally he came and said there was a gas leakage for which this is happening...HE WELDED THAT PART...dont forget it is a brand new ac of hitachi which is considered one of the best..the company sent persons who installed itand due to their mistake this happened...
Not only this...my uncle aunt also purchased the same ac from that shops couple of days back..there ac machine was very noisy so had to call again ...again 2 days of wait and finally they came..and said a screw is not fixed properly ..now it is fine...2 days from then ..the ac totally stopped working...now the person who owns the shop is behaving rudely...not at all trying to help..and saying we are recieving the call ..that is the biggest cooparation...it happends bacause of your fate ..and what not...they have a skhinkage bacause lots of ac are sold ..my question is is this oir problem that they sold so many ac's...just receiving the call without any action..is this a cooparation..they are not proving service and nor rufunding or replacing ..as they mentioned in the bill...goods cannot be exchanged...moreover we came to know the people who were coming to repair it are not even authorised to do so...i will never ever recommend this shop ever... harrasment to the power infinity...people invest there hard earned money to get a bit of reilef..and this is what we get ...there are many more to say ..but stopping here...if your money is a hard earned money...please do not ? ever enter this shop..
