★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While their staff is extremely polite and well mannered as well as very responsive and friendly, unfortunately their product cannot be given any compliments. Tried purchasing an Asus laptop charger and was delivered a duplicate one under the pretext of it being imported and hence not having the same logo and standard safety marks as well as being of cheaper quality . Every Asus laptop charger comes with a safety mark that you can find behind the unit but it was not present here. Wouldn't recommend them for their chargers but cannot comment on their other products and services as I have not used any. Hope this helps.
