★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is our fortune to have a hospital with a good infrastructure and facilities in our area. But unfortunate is to have the doctor missing in the hospital. And also long waiting for doctor. Not due to over load but waiting for doctor's arival at hospital... This is pathetic and totally unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Shaikh treated me as a customer not as a patient. The problem with these 'Hospitals' are that they operate it as a business. Its all about addressing more customer and moving more inventory of there in-house pharmacy. Patient are not of concern, because eventually they are going to be okay. Right doctor? Important thing is using this COVID opportunity to capitalize and make money as much as you can. It's bonus season!
I have COVID-19 and taking medicines prescribed by a friend. I showed the same to Dr, he however prescribed me 6 or 7 medicines. I asked him what's the difference between the medicines he has prescribed and the one I 'have been taking? He said vitamins are all same there are 2 other new tabs added. He wrote me 5 days prescription and a CT Scan. He wrote all nonsense in his letter-pad in my file which was already in a hardcopy of pathology lab report. when i asked him to explain me the medicines, he arrogantly said to get details from his pharmacy. Actually he wrote me same medicines of different company. And what's the point of CT scan if you already prescribed me 5 days course?
This is a common problem of all doctors in Juhapuras, Incompetency! Un-professional. They are businessman having good business. I mean it, if you look this particular doctor. His body language, his dressing sense, his talking style. A shopping mall lipstick salesman is more professional than him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hospital with 7 ICU, 2 HDU , 1 Isolation Bed & remaining wards like special, semi special , delux & general ward.
Round the clock team of doctors are available, in house pharmacy & single Operation theatre. Frankly it is overburdened, still they manage to take care of all Patients. Some of the staff members are completely dedicated to the hospital. Only thing is that it should have been a bit bigger set up to accommodate more Patients. Dr. Uzair has trained people under him with proper guidelines & protocol. Workforce works synchronously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not have bed sheets for the patients admitted in the semi-special room. Because the laundry did not come to the hospital.
You can see attached photo of bedsheet, that is our own.
Cleaners are not available.
Doctor's time is not fix.
Very poor service provider for the patients.
I had pay here 28000/- semi special room + doctor visit charge for 6 days, and Medical + lab charges 35000/- for 6days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Unreliable! Especially the heart doctor Mr. Zeeshan Mansuri! We had to wait for 2 hrs for him even after getting appointment! Matter of fact he is heart specialist and patient waiting for him are suffering from heart condition! I would advice people to not bring emergency cases in this Hospital
